HERE’S WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY
We made the decision to move to Belmont and wanted to use a local builder for our home. We interviewed some of the local builders and chose Willsie Construction for the job.
We had a great feeling right from our first meeting with Theresa & Tom. They listened to our design ideas and offered to help us design custom blueprints vrs. the standard blueprint options they had available. They also provided us with a list of their house build specifications and all of the suppliers / trades they use.
From there we had an opportunity to view two different houses they were in the process of building. Seeing the different phases of construction, the quality of construction, materials used and the cleanliness of the job site gave us confidence in choosing them as our builder.
Theresa and Tom work well together to make sure the build progresses smoothly and they are just a phone call or text away. Tom is on the job site daily and is a hands on builder who takes pride in his work and makes sure the trades have what they need. The long standing relationship with all of the trades and suppliers they use translates into a mutual respect; pride in workmanship and excellent customer service for any follow up.
Before the start of our build, Theresa gave us a binder listing timelines, suppliers, contact information and catalogue samples. This was an amazing resource that helped us when making selections and to track the progress of our build. Theresa was also a great resource when it came to meeting with suppliers and helped us with room design and selecting the finishings.
Once we made all of the selections, we trusted Theresa and Tom enough that we stopped checking in on the build progress in the last couple of weeks so we could focus on packing up for the move.
Closing day was the big reveal and our home is everything we hoped for.
We highly recommend Willsie Construction and would not hesitate to build with them again.
