Today, Willsie Construction is led by Tom and Theresa, who together embody the heart and expertise of the business. Theresa walks alongside clients from the very first meeting, guiding them through design choices and keeping the process personal and approachable. Tom is most often found on-site, overseeing every detail – from prepping concrete to coordinating subtrades – ensuring that nothing is overlooked. Their combined knowledge, built over decades of experience, means every question has an answer and every challenge has a solution.
